We recognize how important it is to connect new visitors within a vibrant church community. Monk helps churches manage this process and ensure that hospitality and a positive experience is provided to their visitors. Our CMS allows you to input visitor cards from any Internet-connected computer. A church creates 'rules' based on how they would like to communicate with new visitors. These rules can include:
- Immediate welcome emails sent through the system.
- Visitors who express interest in a ministry are connected with that ministry leader. The ministry leader receives an email informing them they have people to contact. The ministry leader logs into the system, calls or emails the visitors, and can add comments.
- Additional rules can be easily set up. [Example: Invite new visitors to dessert with the pastor after 3 weeks].
